AIX Certification

Following are my list of UNIX / AIX study resources that might be useful for you if you are studying toward a UNIX / AIX certification. All the links point to free AIX study guides, free AIX practice questions and other AIX resources that I hope will be of use to you.

A book that I recommend reading is the AIX 5L Administration', but there are many other good quality UNIX books out there. Having more than one will definitely help, but nothing beats hands-on experience so if you don't have access to a UNIX platform you'll be struggling. If you do, make sure that you know your commands inside and out.

Take part in as many UNIX discussion groups as you can - there are some listed below. People who have done UNIX / AIX exams, or are about to, will be able to offer you a great deal of tips, suggestions, and moral support. Use it.
